Join Meaghan Carpenter — Co-Founder and Head Food Alchemist at HEX Ferments — for a delicious dive into the world of vegetable fermentation. Explore the rich history of fermented foods and discover how these age-old traditions support modern wellness.

In this interactive, small-group workshop, you’ll create a seasonal vegetable ferment from scratch and learn how to care for it at home. You’ll leave with a jar of your creation, the recipe, and the skills to keep the magic bubbling in your own kitchen. All tools and ingredients are provided.

  • Hands-on. Limited to 15 participants. Light chopping involved.
  • $85 for sign ups one month before.  After one month, $95 per person.
