2025 Future Harvest Conference FAQ

How do I make a reservation for a hotel room at the conference venue? 

Future Harvest has reserved deeply discounted hotel rooms at the Courtyard Marriott Silver Spring Downtown, 8506 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, just across the square from the conference. To receive the discount, hotel rooms must be booked with conference registration. Staff will be in touch to confirm your reservation one week before the conference. Tickets do not include parking and the hotel will request a credit card for incidentals.

What if I need to cancel registration?

Do you have a COVID-19 Policy? 

Yes, we have outlined our policy in our Terms & Conditions tab

How do I use a registration discount code?

To access a discounted rate, select the indicated ticket option which will display the discounted price. Then, enter the discount code you have been given in the indicated field. In the example below, complementary tickets require a code and membership prices require a login.
